This pure Syrah comes to life from a noble and ancient Mediterranean vine. The grapes arriving in the cellar macerate by fermenting for 15-20 days at a controlled temperature between 22 and 25 C° to then continue, at the end of the vinification, with refinement in steel tanks for 10-12 months and finally a further refinement in glass lasting about 2 months.

Purplish red to the eye, fruity opening to the nose where cherry dominates, accompanied by blackberries and other ripe forest fruit.

On the palate its balance, softness and refined tannic texture are evident.

Wine throughout the meal, it goes well with aged cheeses, game, roasts and elaborate sauces.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16-18 C°.
