Nero d'Avola comes from grapes produced in the Bosco Falconeria estates, harvested in the second half of September and left to macerate and ferment for about 15 days at a controlled temperature.

The refinement takes place exclusively in steel tanks, while the subsequent permanence in the bottle lasts about 2-3 months before being placed on the market.

Brilliant ruby ​​red, the Mediterranean component that characterizes it stands out on the nose, the bouquet is in fact rich in hints of ripe red and black fruit, harmoniously accompanied by balsamic notes of thyme and dark spices.
