Fruit of one of the most recognized and appreciated native Sicilian vines, produced in the hills of the Bosco Falconeria estates, Grillo embodies all the characteristics of this extraordinary vine and expresses a strong territoriality, communicated in a simple and immediate way from the first sip .

It is left to mature exclusively in steel, where it ages for about 3 months on the noble lees, to then rest in the bottle for 2-3 months.

Brilliant straw yellow in the glass with greenish hues, fresh and fruity on the nose, with hints of grapefruit and fresh citrus fruits, notes of almond and Mediterranean herbs.

The taste is dry, fresh and mineral, with a marked saline component. Excellent as an aperitif, or to accompany fresh fish carpaccio, sushi and sashimi.

The combination with soft cheeses is interesting.

It expresses its best at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
