The harvested grapes are placed in steel where they ferment at a temperature of 14-16 C° and where they remain on the lees until bottling, after which the wine rests in the bottle for about 3 months.
The straw yellow with greenish reflections accompanies the nose towards exotic notes of tropical fruit and elegant hints of elderflower, all surrounded by an ever-present sapidity, like pleasant saltiness residues that tickle the taste buds and invite you to sip.
