Granduca Chardonnay
Description
Made exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, with a very low yield per hectare. The freshly cut bunch is cooled and the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature; maturation proceeds for 6 months in French oak barrels and ends with 3 months of bottle refinement.
