Costarosa comes from a careful selection of black grapes, harvested by hand in the first week of September and vinified in rosé through soft pressing.
Its color is soft pink, luminescent, it accompanies the nose with warm hints of red fruits and rose petals, contrasted by the freshness of citrus notes. In the mouth it is harmonious, dry, with an excellent acidity that prolongs its persistence. Very easy to drink wine, the sapidity that characterizes it pushes the consumer towards the second glass.
