A pure Sauvignon from a vineyard at 400 mt. of altitude. The harvest takes place in the second half of august. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature, it ages for 6 months sur lie and rests in the bottle for 4 months.
Bright to the eye with flashes of green colour. At the nose, woody sensations blend perfectly with fruity notes of citrus, pineapple and litchi. On the palate a marked aromatic intensity, balanced by the flavor of iodine-brackish notes.
Ideal to combine with raw fish, sushi and sashimi, grilled blue fish. Excellent accompaniment for fresh cheeses.
