It is a white sicilian autochthon wine, the emblem of the wine-making tradition of this country.
The harvested grapes are placed in steel where they ferment at a temperature of 14-16 C° and remain on the lees until the bottling, after which the wine rests in the bottle for about three months.
The straw-yellow with greenish reflections accompanies the sense of smell towards exotic notes of tropical fruit and elegant hints of elder flowers, all surrounded by an always present sapidity, as agreeable residuals of saltiness that tickle the taste buds and invite to the sip.
Excellent as an aperitif, it enhances very well the blue fish, from the most delicate paddlefish to the strong taste of the sardines.
