Costarosa comes from a careful selection of black grapes, hand-picked in the first week of september and vinified in rosé by soft pressing.

Its colour is light luminescent pink. To the nose it results with warm scents of red fruits and rose petals, contrasted by the freshness of citrus notes. In the mouth it is harmonious, dry, with an excellent acidity that prolongs its persistence. It is a very easy wine to drink, the sapidity that characterize it, pushes the consumer towards the second glass.

Ideal accompaniment for white fish carpaccio, seasonal fruit, mediterranean salads.
