It is a very pure wine, with a unique and distinctive consistency, the result of an artisanal and sincere vinification; worked exclusively in steel so as to enhance the typical features of the fruit and the territory, it is left to age for nine months in the tank and for the following three months it is refined in the bottle. A sip of nature that speaks the language of such a precious land, a red capable of fully expressing the characteristics of its native vine.

Deep and intense ruby ​​red in the glass, with purple hues to the eye. On the nose, hints of dog rose and cherry, blackberry, cassis and cocoa stand out, on a clear background of Mediterranean scrub. The mouth is full and consistent, velvety in the tannic texture, soft and of excellent length.

It is a Nero d'Avola that is always versatile and available: excellent in combination with red meats, perfect with baked anelletti alla Palermitana, but also meets its purpose with a good steak of tuna.
